  The food in here is great it's hard to know what to get if it's your first time eating here, I recommend looking at the online menu first. I see a lot of people complain about the prices, it's unbelievable that they are ok with paying $10- $15 for a burger with fries but complain about prices in a place that's 1. Clean all the time 2. Costumer service is good and helpful 3. The food is good specially their salads I never eat salads unless I'm at Red lobster or olive garden but their salads are amazing I always have at least one small salad and a soup. Overall great FOOD, SERVICE. which is what matters

  A slightly larger Panera bread than I usually go to, but it still feels just as homey. Good food, decent price, and warm atmosphere

  The line crew works really hard to get all orders right and will make changes to orders as requested. All staff is friendly and helpful. I like how warm and clean the dining room is at all times.

  I really like Panera. At all locations their commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction is evident. At this North Haven location I had to return my sandwich because it wasn't made right. I wasn't happy and I had just had an unpleasant customer service experience with a different company so honestly I wasn't expecting much when I returned to Panera. I couldn't have been more wrong. All of the staff were apologetic about the error and the manager (Kimberly) refunded the meal and she remade my sandwich personally. She also insisted that I keep the other items (turkey chili and a fruit cup) and she replaced them with fresh ones. My remade sandwich was delicious. Thank you Kimberly and Team Panera. I'll definitely return.
